We have been offering luxury short stay apartments in Lekki, Lagos since 2020. Over 500 guests later, the standard has not dropped. It has only gone up.
OUR STORY
Four Years of Doing This Right
We started with one apartment in Lekki Phase 1. The goal was straightforward: offer a short stay experience that felt genuinely different from what was available in Lagos at the time.
Most shortlets in Lekki promised luxury and delivered inconsistency. Poor communication, power cuts, dirty linen, and broken appliances were common complaints from guests who had stayed elsewhere. We set a different standard from day one.
Every apartment we manage is personally inspected before any guest checks in. The amenities listed are the amenities present. The power backup is tested. The Wi-Fi is confirmed. The cleaning is done properly.
Four years later, over 500 guests have stayed with us. Most of them come back.

Why Lekki Phase 1
Lekki Phase 1 is one of Lagos’ most connected and well-serviced neighbourhoods. It sits close to Victoria Island, the Lekki business corridor, and some of the best restaurants and leisure spots in the city.
Our apartments are all inside gated estates in Lekki Phase 1 and Ikate. Guests have easy access to Elegushi Beach, Freedom Way, the Lekki Conservation Centre, and the broader VI and Ikoyi business districts.
